Everlast Minerals Pty Ltd has a fully owned subsidiary in Bangladesh, Everlast Minerals Limited (EML) which holds the tenements in Bangladesh.

Everlast Minerals Pty Ltd was incorporated in July 2017 in Australia under the Corporation Act 2001. The Company's primary focus is the exploration, discovery and delineation of economic mineral sand deposits for advancement into production.

Founded by a team of professionals with extensive experience in running and owning mining businesses, the Company's primary aim has been and continues to be to explore, discover and develop mineral sands in Bangladesh. Having successfully completed its first major exploration program with the discovery of a JORC Resource, the Company’s aim in the near term is to take that resource into production.

The Company's vision is to be a leading responsible mineral entity in Bangladesh and its mission is to ensure benefits for all stakeholders as an advanced mineral sands producer.
